Teams are evaluated on technical precision, organization, execution, and culinary vision, all under strict time constraints and in front of an international jury of leading chefs and industry experts. As a consultant to Team Canada, Lisa contributed to an intensive preparation and competition process that spanned many months. This level of competition requires repeated performance simulations, detailed refinement of techniques, and exacting attention to workflow, timing, and consistency. Success depends not only on culinary skill, but also on collaboration, strategic thinking, and the ability to perform under sustained pressure.
